Full Name, Passport/ID Number, and Nationality: Required by law to draft the Passenger Manifest (Crew/Passenger List) mandated by the Spanish Maritime Authority (Capitanía Marítima) and port authorities prior to departure.

Email Address and Phone Number: Used to manage, confirm, and coordinate bookings, provide itinerary details, handle pre-boarding logistics, and issue invoices.

3. Legal Basis for Processing
Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): Maritime safety, passenger tracking, and rescue protocols mandated by Spanish and international maritime regulations.

Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): Necessary to process charter reservations and deliver the requested concierge services.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
Your data is never sold, leased, or shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. It will only be transferred for operational, maritime safety, and statutory obligations to:

Maritime Authorities (Capitanía Marítima) and Port Officials: Mandatory compliance with navigation clearance and safety regulations at sea.

Boat Owner / Skipper: Strictly for operational logistics, safety management aboard, and guest verification during the charter.

5. Data Retention
Passenger manifest data is retained for the minimum statutory period required by maritime regulations.

Transactional and billing details are retained for the legally required period under Spanish tax and accounting law (minimum of 4 years).
